This could be a really awesome park. The scenery is amazing. Most of the sites are all on the water. Kids had a blast playing in the river and tubing. There is not an indoor pool anymore, but the outdoor pool is nice. Overall we had fun and met a lot of people to talk to. There were a few issues that would make this place an easy 5 stars if they fixed. 1. Sites B8, B9, and B10 smell like urine bad. Something is either wrong with the sewer or there is a spill. We only smelled it at our site, but not walking around. We talked to other sites and it seemed to be surrounding those three. We had to throw our outdoor mat away because it picked up the smell 2. The mens bathhouse was always flooded with toilet water for several days. Really disgusting. 3. The laundry room shares a door with the arcade, but they keep it locked. It would have been nice to go from the arcade to the laundry room while our kids were playing, instead of walking outside and around the building.

River Falls is definitely in our top 3 Favorite campgrounds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The customer service is second to no one. We will definitely be back and are considering full time camping there. If you haven't been, I highly recommend that you go relax by the river and enjoy. P.s. they are doing some work there and it's so good to see them keeping it updated and clean.

This place is a real gem!! We camp all over NC, TN, SC, VA, and GA but this place was a treat! We stayed at A-08 with our camper, and were directly on a calm part of the river. We were a short walk up the hill to the campground's massive game room (which was quite the surprise). During the day, our 3 kids and us spent time tubing the Tallulah river that runs thru the property. During the night we hung out in the game room. We were here over Easter, and there was an Egg Hunt, continental breakfast, and Kona Ice truck. The kids can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for two nights during a non peak season and man was it nice. The peace and quiet and sounds of the river rapids made it the right spot for us. We stayed in B section in our travel trailer and they had just upgraded the B section to full hookups! Love this place!

You may have 6 people per site and one car per site.
It's mostly shallow and full of lots of rocks to make kayaking useful.
Camp only in my rv on river, understand they are very nice, my daughter has one for the july 4 week, everything on property is quite nice and staff is excellent!
Excellent hike along the river , you can walk over the small hill to the upper camp sites, the state park is very close as well as other trails in the area. Great base camp to visit waterfalls and trails between Clayton and Tocca.
We only have WiFi in the clubhouse. Windstream does not go down into the park. Cell service is very good so most customers use a hotspot.
They rent monthly year round. We leave ours here yesr round and love it!
