The food was terible and we waited for 2 hours and they didn’t give us free food for the things they messed up on. The waiter tried to take or cake and managers were very rude.

Make a complaint, but I have eaten there more than several times, and it has been consistently the same as I have gotten at other locations.

I've never had a positive experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings so, I think the previous local guides answer is the most correct that you should make a complaint to the corporation.
