Went for dinner. Staff was friendly, but had to constantly ask for things like silverware, napkins, check, drinks…Wasn’t busy, food took forever to come out. Wings were very cold and slaw was watery and distasteful. Disappointing meal, but more disappointing that I wasn’t really expecting much better from a chain.

Walked in at 10:20, wasn’t helped at the door until five minutes later even though countless staff walked by. When someone finally greeted us she told us to order takeout because they stopped seating at 10:30. It wasn’t 10:30? Someone probably needs to make sure their staff has their stories straight next time. Instead went to wild wing cafe and was immediately served fresh wings and cold beer by a helpful and happy staff!

Food was great and hot. The fries that came with the sandwiches were on the skimpy side( think kids fries from McDonald's size). Unfortunately staffing problem like most places so within about 15 min after arriving they posted only doing wings and a few appetizers the rest of the evening.

the food was good the server was good. the only problem was that there was only sitting on the bar area.. the dinning was empty so I don't know if they need more servers or they don't want to open everything... but it was a good night out for my son birthday..

They actively maintain limited seating and limited capacity in the building and they also require masks in the building at all times unless seated. You can also see servers who are not working tables sanitize tables and they have also done away with paper menus and gone with menus you can read via tour smartphone.
Make a complaint, but I have eaten there more than several times, and it has been consistently the same as I have gotten at other locations.
No cash on delivery. 1. You can order on the app, pay with card and have food delivered to you. You can tip with cash, as that goes to the driver. 2. You can pay cash when you order in person at the restaurant.
No. They do not deliver but there is a service in Greenville called Bite Squad that will pick up and deliver to you. I'm not sure of the delivery fee as I have never used the service myself.
