The hotel is dated on the outside but lovely on the inside. The room was well maintained. Breakfast was a disappointment. We were told at check in "Oh, our breakfast is done by Ruth's Chris and is wayyyy better than your average hotel." That was extremely misleading. You can get: eggs potatoes bacon sausage and fruit. That is *less* than your average hotel. You're better off getting the points. To top it off, because Ruth's Chris does all their food, you aren't allowed to eat anything you bought elsewhere outside your room.

I regularly stay at this Crowne for business purposes. This is a great location for business travelers as well as others. It has meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and work stations. There’s also an airport shuttle which is a plus. The pool is a nice size & the fitness center has a variety of equipment needed to keep up your fitness routine while traveling. There is breakfast on site. This hotel has a Ruth Chris attached, but there are plenty of dining locations nearby. The airport shuttle also serves as transportation to dining and shopping nearby, but plan ahead because airport pick-ups take first priority. Overall, I was satisfied with my recent stay, as usual. There was a long wait for my airport pick-up this time, however I was not in a rush since I arrived a few days before my business meetings began.

The motel is large, be prepared to walk a good distance to your room. Bed is comfortable but couldn't get the thermostat to operate properly so the room was 74 during my stay. The bathroom is rather dark, making shaving challenging. The room itself does not have a lot of lighting unless the curtains are open. Overall this is a nice property that could be excellent if updates/renovations are made.

Positive: Nice room, coffee maker. I was traveling late n needed a safe room to sleep. It was. Gentleman at desk in AM was very nice. Negative: This hotel is designed for the serious business traveler, not families or senior adults. Multiple steps to rooms from back. Long walk from front. No microwave. No AM coffee or breakfast. Just nice room, bar, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse.
