Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

My husband and I booked a hotel room there earlier this month with our two children. Our flight got canceled at 10pm from Atlanta to Greenville and we were stuck in Atlanta. I contacted the hotel right away to let them know. They said not a problem. A couple days later they charged us for that room. I contacted the hotel and the general manager was very rude. He said that because it was so late he wouldn’t refund our money. I explained again to him that it was not our fault. He again said no you can not be refunded. Very poor customer service. It’s a shame too because we travel to Greenville often. They definitely lost a customer and will be losing more when I spread the word.

Positive: Mostly clean room and hotel lobby, friendly and helpful staff, location was awesome. 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Negative: Found a dead stinkbug on the window and a cigarette butt under the bed in our room. That was really the only issue, staff was friendly and everything else was really clean.

Clean room. Reasonable price. Everyone I interacted with was SO friendly from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. Excellent location! Will definitely be back when I am in the area.

The facility is nice. It's in a great location. It is clean and convenient. The beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is the heating unit didn't work properly. It was still a little cold in the room even the heat was turned up to 90 degrees.
