The facility is nice, my experience wasn't. I was in town with an organization that had already paid for the room. Unlike previous occasions, I was asked to provide a card for incidentals, which I was okay with after being reassured I wouldn't be charged for the room. I of course was charged for the room, and management even admitted their error via email. However, they refused to correct their mistake and reimburse me after I reached out several more times via phone and e-mail.

This hotel is closed. I booked through Priceline and when we arrived the doors were boarded up. I was given a refund and we were able to find a room in a nearby hotel but others may not be so lucky.

Very affordable, clean hotel. Customer service was good.. Basic amenities, nothing fancy. In walking distance of a few restaurants, but some of the sidewalks end abruptly. Good hotel choice if you just need a place to sleep without breaking the bank.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. You seriously need to think about new management at this location. Book and paid in advance for my room. Arrive at the hotel to have the manager lie to my face and say "my system is down. I can't check anyone in or out." Then I find out they were overbooked. Why lie to us saying we can wait for the system to come up, when he knew the hotel was overbooked. If I had waited an hour or two and then found out they were overbooked... Avoid this place and stay somewhere reputable. This property should not have the Wyndham name on it.
