My room had just had the carpets cleaned and eventually the room became musty as not enough time had passed to let the carpet dry. Pool was not open, HH and Cafe not open regular hours. Overall a decent place to sleep but lacking in experience. And the musty smell from the room was just gross my entire suit case now has that smell. Yuck.

The rooms feng shui is off. The rooms aren't built to be pleasing to the eyes. The night stands face different directions, and the back of the head of the bed faces the door, which makes it difficult to know who's entering the room. If you like to sleep in a cool room, you better RUN, the thermostat WILL NOT cool the room, if it doesn't sense movement.

There were a few issues noticed during my stay. Two of three printers in the business center did not function properly. There is only one microwave for the entire building and it is located in the lobby. It is very inconvenient to leave your room, get on the elevator, and go to the lobby to re-heat your food. The main issue was there were several roaches found in my room. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms to be moved into, so the "resolution" was to send a maintenance tech to the room with a can of Hot Shot which I could have purchased at Walmart or Dollar General. I was offered a free breakfast on the day of checkout, but lets be honest: who wants to have breakfast in a hotel where roaches have been found? The toilet clogged, and the front desk sent a maintenance tech to the room with a plunger and he expected me to allow him into my room - No. I happily took the plunger to resolve the issue myself. There were also ants in the shower. Due to these reasons, I cancelled my reservation for my second week stay and went to another location.

Wonderful place and excellent staff. Alex at the front desk was outstanding. He treated me with respect and made check-in a breeze. The hotel is clean and updated. Rooms are spacious. Would highly recommend!
