BED BUGS beware! There is NO way anyone can leave a good review about this place! The second we walked into our room, it smelled like horrible smoke but was supposed to be a smoke free room. I took one glance at the bed and there was squished evidence of bedbugs with an egg laying beside it. On TOP of the bed, meaning you know darn well that bedding had not been cleaned! Then there were tons of other black spots on the bed. So so gross! Since I put my own nice pillow on the bed without thinking, I lost my pillow as I was not taking that with us after touching a bed bug infested bed! So so gross. We went to another hotel nearby and that one I wish we went with right away.

I wish I could rate the staff and the facility differently, because the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. However the room was awful. There were blood spatters on the bedspread and the chair next to the bed. We chose to leave instead of staying and the staff were friendly about it and gave us a refund. I will never stay at another baymont hotel.

I wish there was something lower than 1 star, this place is so rundown. Don’t be deceived by photos. The reception staff is so miserable as if they get a pay deduction every time they smile 🤷🏻‍♂️ Room smells, Bed sheets are wrinkled, stained towels, shower head height for children not to mention the bathroom 🤮Never again!

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: There is $100 deposit, they don't refund it in a timely manner. The staff was rude. Our room was supposed to be none smoking but it smelled like smoke. The bathroom was disgusting. It needed to be swept. The tub was gross. Overall a horrible experie
