No, you cannot enter any water the park. It is against the park rules.
No! People do it, but it is not allowed and if discovered you will be asked to get out. Rocks can be very slippery.
Yes we was there Monday and people was going under and around the fall.
Yes, you can get in that cold mountain water. As stated above, it's not too deep but the falls are nice.
It isnt very deep but you can definitely submerge yourself.
