You can get an annual pass for about $50.00 that is good for all GA state parks. I am not sure if you have to be a resident of GA.

Yes, you can get an annual $50 pass to GA State parks, if you are NOT a resident of GA. I am not a GA, resident and I was able to buy one at the visitor center at Sweet Water Creek State Park. I believe you can also order one online to be sent to your home before traveling. Be advised, GA, $50 passes are for parking, not admission to Historic sites, etc.
