Its worth it if you plan to hike. There's not much else to do. The hiking trails are beautiful. I highly recommend the Outer Rim Loop trail or the Sutton Gap trail. The Sutton Gap trail is longer but easier. It starts at the base of the mountain at a trailhead thats behind a neighborhood called Canyon Estates. It goes right up to the waterfalls. The waterfall trail that starts inside the park in a LOT of stairs, so if you try that one, be prepared for a workout. There are also playgrounds and a little information center with animal exhibits.
Yes only 5$ a day to park all day
We had a great day out there.
Absolutely.
Great for hiking
I think so, the two waterfalls are beautiful and they have several hiking trails from 1 to 6 miles in length. I went for half a day and enjoyed the trip.
I would say yes. Lots to explore and see that doesn't require an overnight stay.
How much cost to bring a trailer and stay there?
