This is a complaint why this store is very very but very low on restocking all and ant kind of items, this place is not ready at all to be a super Walt Mart was actually doing better at being the old Walt Mart

I have been seeing alot of rude employees there and over the phone. I recently called to see if they had a certain item in stock and was rudely answered and hung up on before I could possibly get any other information as to what stores may have it. The woman hung up and when I called back I asked why they hung up while I was still speaking and she said "oh I don't know maybe because I was too busy!?!?!?" WOW NOT COOL AT ALL!!!!! WILL DO MY BEST NOT TO SHOP THERE ANYMORE

I agree 100%, they need to switch up their entire managing team leaders & quick before they have a huge lawsuit on their hands! I just posted a complaint regarding this issue yesterday afternoon. I am utterly disgusted by lack of care their managers have working here. It shows by their inventory & other issues piling up.

Self service checkout staff have got in my face every time I went there in the past few months. Argumentative, get in your face at the machine, talk back to you when you ask to be left alone, stepped in front of me when I was walking toward an open machinr and told me it was being shut down. Had a realky bad experience here and most my temper and now I really hste this store and don't want to shop here anymore if I can avoid it. Would recommend people try to go to Victorville instead because the staff here are really anti-customer and anti-service.

I have had nothing but helpful and friendly encouters here at Barstows new wal-mart, one-stop-shopping store. Most especially the management!

This store is so poorly stocked that it's pathetic. Not only that they are advertising that they have grocery pick up, which they don't as of yet ; neither do they have free delivery as of yet. You think they could get it right by now, don't ya!
