Our cancellation policy, even in last minute cancellations such as yours Dennis, is we try to refund 100% of your monies if we can refill your site, unlike many other parks. Unfortunately, we did not fill your site for the first month of your four month minium stay as promised, therefore you did not receive a full refund, but a generous refund of 200.00 of the 400 dollar deposit even though we did not recoup thos e monies.
