If someone wanted to have a very small wedding ceremony less than 25 people does the park need to be reserved and what would the cost be.

You could have a small wedding at the park probably at no cost. However, I would be aware of the schedule for the park as it has a nice band stand at one end and there are events on occasion. There is a fee to rent the Bandstand however if you'd like to use that for the ceremony. The website says it is $400 for 3 hours of use, and you need a 10-day Advance reservation.

There is a picnic spots out there. I have no idea If There is a need for reservation or any cost, you might need to check with people living out there.
