Been going here since I was a kid. Had a few issues with people hurting wildlife. But now back to its natural beauty.

Be forwarded Farrell's Marsh is located in the center of about three different housing communities. It's posted a 24 hour park, so if you enjoy night hikes, I would advise doing direction research first to one of the other additional trailheads. There's one more inviting with a picnic table and well defined parking spaces. Loved the park, didnt so much love having the cops called on me by the paranoid man who lives right at the trailhead.

Well maintained little urban trail system. Little clearings along the paths that my kids loved playing in. Parking is a little strange, but nothing dangerous and well marked. My kiddos are already asking when we can go back!

Lots of small side trails to explore, and a really cool swampy pond. As the name suggests, there's a ton of wildlife and you'll hear birds, birds, and more birds as the soundtrack to your walk. The trails aren't very well maintained and there's no official parking, but the benefit is that it's not as crowded as it would be if this were a more planned park.
