If I could do a zero I would, a house fire that occurred not even a week ago caused our unit to have smoke and water damage the managers gave us TWO WEEKS to get all our stuff out, and the main girl at the office is changing her story constantly like I was told it would be destroyed but now it won't be??? Don't live here ever if you want to feel safe

I made a mistake and left home forgetting to turn off my burner. I remembered once I reached work and it was difficult to leave again. I was not sure 🤔 if it was on or off? I called the office and Miss Cassie answered , she was very helpful and her tone was welcoming. She went above and beyond by going to my home and turning off the burner right away. She even called to let me know what she found. Thank you Cassie, you were a home saver.

The maintenance has gotten a lot better since James started working here I have noticed a huge difference since he came. If you submit a maintenance request it may never get done but if you go to James he will got to it in a reasonable time. The management has changed a lot the past couple years it’s getting better but still has a ways to go. They don’t answer there phones and takes a few hours to reply to there email. The gym here is not the best it has basic equipment and is only available when the office is open. The location is great it’s 4 miles from the fort Steilacoom dog park and 2 miles from Steilacoom park and beach. There is no lighting in the back side of the apartment and it doesn’t have sprinklers like the front they also need to be painted they look a little rough. They did just re do the roofs and repaint the parking lot so they are slowly updating everything. They still have an issue with people not picking up there dog poop but I feel like if there was light that would help a lot cause you can’t see anything at night.

This is by far the best apartment I've lived in! The Leasing Office treats me and my husband with so much respect, you can tell they care about taking care of you. The maintenance crew are always ready to fix anything you need. Rent is easy to pay, and the neighborhood is so family friendly. Its definitely the safest environment-especially for those in the military that are moving here for the first time and don't know what to expect. Would 100% recommend these beautiful apartments to anyone in need of a home, temporary or not.
