This location does not have available apartments like website claims, and you also cant make over a certain amount of money to rent an apartment. If I recall correctly, it was like 32,000 for a single adult. Ya..... I choose not to live in poverty. Complex run by clowns.

I used to live at the Elk Creek apartments and they were super clean and nice. However, they changed staff and whoever is in charge now has completely let junkies take it over. I have to pick up my son there once a week, and it's disgusting what they allow to happen on the property. There are literally junkies hanging out with a tent propped up in the parking lot. They even have small fires in their area. The junkies yell at kids playing and glare at people driving by their tent. There are junk vehicles everywhere, old ghetto furniture, etc. I miss when this was a decent place to live.

The apartments have been nice and the staff very helpful... the company running the place though I’ve gotta say I’m not happy with. I’ve been here for a few years and just recently I signed a new year lease and as it was explained to me this would lock in that price for me for the duration of my lease. Even if the running company raised prices... Nope, apparently they’ve got a clause somewhere in that giant document that allows them to up your rent whenever they want. Granted it wasn’t a giant leap, but I don’t like being told one thing and then having the opposite happen. Also they are fond of making other changes during your current lease. Such as some odd changes to the parking system here. First a new one time $50 fee outside of your lease, (Surprise your free parking isn’t free anymore.) of course they have you sign something to cover themselves and they know you’ll sign for the unexpected changes because there is absolutely no other nearby parking options. Also you are only allowed so many hours per year of guest parking. This is anytime, not a case where if it’s here after a certain hour it might get towed. As well as if you run out of the allotted hours then your friends of families car might get towed anytime. The apartments are nice, the working staff as well. Though I’d recommend bringing your lawyer to the contact signing or at least having them on speed dial so they can interpret how the company wants to screw you in every which way and clause.

Terrible overall. Often charges for ridiculous expenses when people move out. The places are nice enough inside, the parkinglot has several hazardous blind spots, just not the best place if you have almost any other option. Have never lived there myself, but have known many unsatisfied current/former tenants.
