This is an interesting restaurant that was at one time the very best steakhouse in the valley. They dry age on the premises and carry prime beef; ceasar salads are fun too. I’ve been guest of a few large dinner parties here and then decided to work here a few years later. The one thing that stood out most as an employee was the wastage. I’ve never seen so many steaks get rung in incorrectly and have to be re ordered. Food costs must be very high. One of the issues here are that certain management have no idea how restaurant flow works. You’d see 28 people in certain server’s section by 7pm while the 2-3 other servers have 2 tables each with a total guest count around 10. At that point every busy night you’d see about 15-20% of the large table’s steaks get rung in incorrectly. As the best PDR server I was left rolling my eyes every Friday and Sat at the simple mistakes that could have been avoided. I believe at least two servers were paying front desk for higher guest count; at the expense of guest experience. There was a manager named Forrest who was great and understood restaurant flow but after he left the restaurant was hopeless. The other managers Greg and Mima were like deer in the headlights when it came to a busy night. I remember seeing a manager put so much effort in to giving people free drinks when they refuse a refill but won’t go near the back section that is missing two steaks at each table until their new steak is out. Savvy diners notice. The main strengths here are longevity, good brand and simple delicious menu. Main weaknesses here are food wastage, and lack of fine dining table skills when it comes to framing, crumbing, wine service etc; also treatment of female employees. If you keep in mind this is casual dining, then you’ll be better prepared for the experience 🥩

Oh we killed this last month of summer birthdays and ended it at LG's for a prime dinner. What's not to say, they didn't argue on how we wanted our steaks. Service was very pleasent and timely. Food off the charts!!! We had a blast. Literally just came from a winery, we were so hungry none of us wasted time on food picks. We dug rt in.

great experience and fantastic service. thoroughly enjoyed the meal and our waiter was fantastic. just the right amount of follow up. had ribeye and fillet mignon. both prepared well. 1 side of fries was enough for both of us so go easy on the sides... overall a great dining experience but it is on the pricey side.....
