Less than one star. I don't receive mail at my physical address. 2 times I have tried to have these folks intercede when a package sent UPS was given to USPS for delivery. Both times I have been told to go to the post office when tracking says it is at that site. Both times the package is returned to sender. I asked about mail forwarding but was told 'just too much paperwork'.. I really do understand all the negative reviews

We come into this post office almost daily to pick up mail and to mail letters and parcels. Everyone is always courteous and very helpful and all of our transactions have gone very well. I don’t understand all of the negative reviews? I can imagine with everything going on with COVID and many people moving to this area that this post office is a busy very dynamic place to work. In my experience everyone here does it with grace.

Had letter returned. Has label that reads "No Such Number". I have visited the house, and Google maps showws the house. So why can't the PO find it. It's no complicated. Then of course there is no way to contact the Sequim Post Office to solve the delivery problem! The letter was post marked Tacoma 23 July and today, the day it has been returned to me is 4 August.

They just silently returned my package without letting me know. Said delivered then returned to sender. It was small enough to have fit in the mail box, I checked every day for two weeks. Went to track it only to find out it came and went! It was already in Florida only three days after being "delivered". No notice. I even had text alerts, I mean seriously! Because it took so long to even find out, I am no longer eligible for a refund. So that's cool too. I was basically robbed because of their issues. I understand times are hard but also, you're basically stealing my money. I'm poor, so maybe don't? Thanks Sequim USPS.
