Parking is either street or garages near by, accessibility is great inside the venue.
Heinz Hall is easily accessible to all; including those with disabilities. Staff is very helpful.
Yes
They have wheel chair and handicapped searing also aisles are wide .parking is across street .
There is lots of parking around and they all have elevators, depending on the day and time of your visit the ease of maneuvering varies. The venue itself is pretty good per the previous comments. You can search online for parking lots, they vary in cost and distance if you are not familiar with the city. I have worked there on and off for many years but I normally rely on public transportation, however I do go for some performances. Good luck!
There is no actual parking for the venue. You hv to park in one of the garages that are a block or more away, and even those are not great. What my husband and I do is park a little further away (we work at Duquesne -- you can pay to park in Duquesne's Forbes garage, or one of the lots near PPG paints arena), then hv Uber/Lyft drop us off at Heinz. Depending on the day/time, the ride is approx. $7-$14, plus tip, so you pay for parking plus the ride, but it's pretty hassle-free, at least. Inside, things are pretty good. The folks who work there are very willing to help. The handicapped seats are quite good. It can be a little hard negotiating through the crowd in the lobby -- there's no "flow" to the mvmt of people, and the bars, candy stands, tables and merchandise tables are a bit scattered, so people are sort of in packs. Bathrooms on main level & down one level (w a rather small elevator). If I remember correctly, the downstairs bathroom is a bit roomier & easier to negotiate.
