Such an interesting place with amazing people. My family and I found this antique on the way home from a vacation. They have very unique pieces it was fun discover them. My 7 year old daughter got a beautiful Brooch, my 9 year old son found some toy cars and I found some rare decorative items. But more than this, I enjoyed my conversations with the dealers here. All so knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back!

Would they be interested in buying a Norman Rockwell's painted plate a collectables very good condition?

I don't really know. But I will say that the everyday public doesn't seem to understand that antiques and collectibles which they own may be valuable, but there still needs to be a market for them. Dealers aren't usually interested in things which don't have a strong potential for resale. I recommend throwing your stuff up on eBay for a low price (start at most at a third of the worth you think they have). Norman Rockwell isn't having a surge of popularity currently.
