30 minutes before showtime is what I always do, but the doors do open an hour before for most performances.

The doors open at least an hour before. A few times I've arrive more than 30 minutes before the start and the orchestra hall itself is still closed. Plenty to linger and read or look out in the lobbies though.
I think it depends on the performance time/type, but doors usually open one hour prior. The website suggests patrons arrive at least 20 minutes prior to concert time.
It all depends on the show you're going to see. You probably want to arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime.
