There are a few ways you can access your waiver - 1) In the confirmation email that was sent to you after making your reservation there is a link to the waiver. Click the "Sign Waiver" button in the confirmation email and it will take you straight to it. 2) Go to www.theduelingaxes.com and in the bottom right corner of the home page there is an orange banner that says "Sign Waiver" - click it, search for your reservation by name or confirmation email, and click sign waiver. 3) When you show up for your reservation, we have tablets at the check in counter that you can use to fill in and sign your waiver.
