I cannot access my account information and I cant get into the itunes store. I have tried many times to access my account and authorize my computer, then it tells me it is re-authorized . When I click OK it deletes the account

You might reached the limit of authorized computers, but its better to check with Apple store

Could be a viruse or somebody hacked your device, check with apple
