Go to the company's HR department and try to get something on letterhead stating the date that your employment ended. Take it to the job center on a Monday or Friday and have it scanned in by a worker. Those are the only two days of the week that workers scan papers in. They will go directly to your worker. Also, fill out the yellow paper by the Dropbox letting your caseworker know that your information on company letterhead was scanned in by a worker and see if they can use the work number to look up the information they need regarding your employment or lack thereof.

Just update the information saying that you havent been with tht employer for the time length. Include last day worked. Update info with new employer info if you have a new employer. Turn it in they can verify what they need to.

You have to have your old employer sign it. Otherwise they by law will make them. They have no choice.
