If people are needing help and don't live within walking or are unable to walk to the office or don't have the gas to drive there going in to the office is difficult. They need to have a call back number or get more ppl to answer phones. 2 and a half to three hours on hold it bs. They really need to update their system. I don't have this much of a problem with the V.A.
It's been my experience that when they do answer, its the childcare desk and they can't transfer you anywhere. Walking in is your best bet.
You'll most likely have to go in to talk with anyone.
