We stop by on Saturday evening and got 3 big Mac and 3 frys and paid for sauce which we didn't get and the frys were burnt and the meat on the burgers was burnt and your food in not cheap so when I order food I would like to have fresh food

This store is a joke

I have experienced the same problem at this store. I took the food back and the order taker told me it was not her problem. Have not been back. Jack's Burger King and Hardees far superior customer care. Food just as good.
