This is the worst place you will ever want to live Georgia. After the management changed in 2020, the new management is so poor. The price of the apartment does not worth it any more after the price was increased. The rooms are very small, literally it's a glorified hotel room. The apartment also have lots of Marijuana problem after the management started admitting crazy people. If you need privacy in your life, this apartment is not for you as they often bother you and will usually come in when you are not home with useless maintenance claims, they will come into your bedroom even at odd times. I'm not going to forget that it has roaches problems too. The lady in the office is very rude, uncultured and nasty, she always ready to have a word with you when you go the office. She would usually act as if she's doing you a big favor for staying in the apartment even while they are money hungry and will increase the rent just as it's 850 now. Don't say you weren't warned ⚠

I absolutely reccomend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone who is looking for a place to live wether it be a 1,2or 3 bedroom apartment ,this place is perfect. It’s a cozy,community ortientated complex and the landlords are amazing. Anytime you experience an issue wether it be small or big,they’re always there to send their maintence team to fix it. My husband and I were looking for an apartment to live that would fit along with our budget and this was the place. We just moved here about 6 months ago,and we love it!! Thank you Stonebrook staff for letting us be a part of this place!!

Really enjoyed living at these apartments. It's near everything in Dalton, but feels very private. The utilities are really affordable. They are also constantly working on improving the grounds. James is a great landlord who will go out of his way to make sure you live comfortably. Can't recommend them enough!

This is a great apartment complex! The managers are wonderful and the maintenance crew are people you can trust. They also have neighborhood get-togethers periodically throughout the year, they just added BBQ areas with picnic BBQs, tables and benches.
