I have had an unbelievable amount of issues out of the Stihl repair dept. I bought a chainsaw and it took 4 visits to finally figure out they couldn’t fix it. After replacing the carburetor 3 times, Jevon agreed to upgrade my saw at my expense. Now my leaf blower is getting the same treatment. They changed the carb out 2 weeks ago and it didn’t fix it. Now it’s been 4 days and no one seems to know when my Stihl blower will be fixed. Both my saw and blower are under warranty and have been nothing but junk. The repair shop takes forever to attempt at fixing your equipment.
