1. Can be very expensive if you have a fixed income 2. Pleasant and well kept complex 3. The environment is very safe that even children can play after dark 4. The owner, David, is very friendly and helpful, likes to know everyone and their needs if any 5. This place honors three major groups; military, police and fire department workers (please be aware that fireworks are not permitted based on military mental health awareness act) 6. Maintenance can sometimes be very slow so be patient with them, if anything write a new request to fix whatever it is that needs to be fixed the following week but do not overload the amount of requests 7. The best place for swimming, please make sure that you live here and all visitors are accompanied by your rent assigned number; this is for your safety 8. Only thing missing and hopefully it will be added sometime in the future is a community garden, a place that will make all neighbors to bond with each other more and help others in need who lives in the apartment complex

Great place to live. Best apartment complex I have lived in. When anything goes wrong they respond immediately and go far beyond what would be normally expected of management and maintenance. I would very highly recommend this complex to my friends and family.
