Not anymore. The front desk manager said they do not have the service for holding luggage before or after check-in due to shortage of staff.
They are very accommodating when it comes to holding luggage.
When i arrived, the room wasn't ready and they kept my luggage.
Not sure but should be okay as it is one of service that hotel should provide.
