does it still rotate? I read a review that said it doesnt rotate anymore?

It does not currently rotate due to "mechanical issues" but pending a lawsuit it could potentially rotate again.

It does not. Was just there after the begining on the year

It doesn't because of what happened with a 5 year old child a few years ago. I think they are working on it to get back to rotating but dont know how long it will take.
