I did the Tasting Menu. Overall the Food was really good. Proteins cooked perfectly, everything well seasoned, except one of the purées with the Duck-literally tasted like baby food 😬. Progression with the tasting menu was nice, balance, and made sense. Service, as far as attentiveness was good as well, so why not 5 stars…Well other than the “baby food purée”, I have 2 complaints. First, and this may just be me, but…I like tasting menus for the experience including the description for each dish. Aria is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to and had the Tasting menu and the server not explain the dishes-meaning ingredients and preparation. That was disappointing. The other thing was I sub the Pork for the Duck( which I don’t regret because it was cooked to a perfect medium) and the server said it would be a up charge which I was fine with but…I was literally charged the price of the Entrée. I paid without complaint but I don’t think that was reasonable. An up charge yes but unless they were going to give me the Pork to go, I exchanged one dish for the other, I don’t think I should have been charged full price for the other dish but anyway….Overall a good experience. I will be back for the short ribs, soooo tender 🤤 and the cocktail that the server recommended, the Silken Crux 🍸

What a difference another visit can make. I would seriously reconsider eating at the bar. I was one of three people at the bar dining. A couple and myself. About half way thru the meal, I couldn't have become more invisible. I wanted an espresso and I wanted a dessert too. But by that point, and being rendered unnecessary, I just left. Will not be going to their bar for dinner again.

Aria has free valet parking so there's nothing to worry about.
Pretty sure it's only a hold, unless you no-show, which then is a $50/person fee. Did reservation last night, auth on my card is only $1
Business casual is almost under dressed. But I've seen it.
Service starts at 5:30 PM Mon - Sat
Copied directly from their menu.... "snacks are priced between $4 - $12, starters between $12 - $24, entrees between $28 - $44, desserts between $7 - $10"
I'm not sure. You should call the restaurant.
They're different...food-wise, it will depend on your palate. I like Aria better (bc I love the scallops and the lobster mashed potatoes), but it is yuppie city. You'll see every model Mercedes makes in the parking lot (the fact that they even HAVE valet is funny - the parking spaces are literally 20 ft from the door - it really is hilarious). B is a little less . . . pretentious. But for a treat, Aria gets my vote.
I agree with the other responses. But I would say the dress code is business casual or better. After all most people go there for special occasions, why not dress up a little?
You should definitely make a reservation.
