No, but seriously. They don't have a number to call HR. This isn't the only location that doesn't provide a number for on site human resources. They'll give you the ERC number, but if you call that number and ask anything related to your position. The ERC rep will just tell you to speak with your location HR team. It's easier to talk to HR reps through the AtoZ app, but if something happened to deny you access then your best bet is to go to your location and ask security to notify an on-site HR member that you wish to speak with them.
Is there any way to tell the difference between a regular warehouse job and a PIT job before hitting the apply button? Not comfortable with PIT equipment. Looking for pick/pack type job.

Accept a job offer, after you are hired tell them you are interested in a PIT opportunity. You then take a class, "road test" and once PIT certified you'll have your PIT job. Amazon does not hire specifically for that position.
My package was accidentally delivered by UPS to this location, I tried reaching out to security guard and he has no idea. I did notice the trucks near the fence have packages with open doors, not sure why amazon is so careless.

That is unfortunate. My suggestion is to reach out to Amazon through the website and explain the situation. They will typically mail you the same product for no charge or credit your account for that total purchase. This site marked on the map is a Fullfillment Center so they wouldn't be able to assist with this issue. Hope what I said helped! Good luck
Any way of getting ahold of some thats over the burlington nj facility cause i ordered a amazon prime package that was supposed to be here in 2-3 days and its been 7 days now ups or amazon know where its at cause still showing only label was made.

If you want to get hired you need to take various test online and then schedule an appointment through their website
it says for my first day to go to 8 campus rd in burlington but when i took a drive by there it wasnt an amazon building. So do i just go to east pearl st on my first day ?
