If you want a view there's an open elevator that will take too all the way. Its on the 72nd floor (glass walls you can see through). My best description. Not sure how to get to the elevator. Worth finding, its a very beautiful.

On the fifth floor, there's a special elevator. Walk past the main elevator lobbies and look for a receptionist/hostess' booth.
Park at the Westin and go into the hotel. Escalator up a floor to an elevator.
There is an elevator on level 5.
