You can ride bicycles inside the park on the roads. That's common. I have not seen or inquired about trails and trail biking.
I wandered the same thing about riding on the trails, then found the following on the Stone Mtn. park website: “ Bikes and other motorized vehicles (including scooters) are not allowed on the mountain, sidewalks, or any unpaved nature or hiking trails. There are no mountain biking trails inside the park.”
