By car ,you would have to pay to get in and also for the attractions

The ticket is by vehicle. Don't know how they deal with cab ride. You can certainly walk in for free from the ticket booth.
To just walk in is free. You will need to pay for the attractions (sky lift, duck ride, etc)
Thanks a lot for the help guys, visited this beautiful place, used Lyft. Dropoff and pick-up is charged @ $5.00 but was a convenient way to get there / back. While returning the ride didn't go through easily and took around 30 mins for pick-up, which I didn't mind as to spent more time at this wonderful place.
