The yearly pass is a great deal. It covers all activities besides the laser show and takes care of parking. Once you go more than twice, you get your money's worth
The daily pass is $24.95 instead of $29.95.
It used to be state owned however it is now privately owned. They do not offer a free entry, but they did offer a discount.
I'm not aware of any type of discount other than pre orders.
