Yes they are! Fishing is awesome 👍 The hours depend on if your camping etc.

The beach, which used to be near the gold course is permanently closed. The lake is open. There's a boat dock you can launch from near the Evergreen Marriott Hotel.
It's open however they're not allowing anyone to swim and I do not have the hours.
