There are no paved trails except for a small path to the dock on the river.
The parking lot is paved, trail is wide, level and flat but it is gravel crusher run and would be tricky with a wheel chairs, but I have seen them being pushed on the trail occasionally.
There is a wheelchair-friendly paved trail from the Paces Mill parking of the West Palisades unit nearby.
Jorge is correct. But you could probably push a wheelchair without much problem honestly.
