Even if you have a reservation for anlarge party, its pretty much first come first serve on a busy night. Its not so much a reservation as an early warning.

My answer is portion control on one item i eat here the southrn fried chicken at lunch time at another location the bjs that I would visit when I lived in McAllen texas had a bjs that had bigger portions and my southern fried chicken I was never denied two pieces of fried chicken because I never eat only one pice of chicken and I came after 3pm already past the lunch menu and my server said there are small portions here and that was it this was on a Saturday not on Friday weekends don't offer lunch menu offers so it was 2:30 in the afternoon I only one portion I was given it's Saturday come on this location dose not offer me the the dinner portion because it's Saturday I all ways see the southern fried chicken on the lunch menu I never see it in the bigger portion dinner categorie this is a messed up menu I recommend you guys here at bjs to change the southern fried chicken to the dinner menu at all hours I'd love to see the big portion served and rearrange the lunch menu and dinner
