New management refused to acknowledge previous contract with old management and tried to double the rent on us! When we tried to say no they said we would be breaking a lease by leaving without notice even though they refused to acknowledge the previous lease! Got out of there immediately, will never rent an apartment again because of them. Denise was the worst

This is the worse place u can live on (do not move here at all) , I think they got the maintenance staff from the malls parking lot (not professional and never do anything) this place is infested in Roaches, spiders , mices, rats etc.. The administration is never at the office and when they are they don't do anything. If u walk thru the property u probably will need to trash your shoes with all the dirty water who comes from the sewer system and spreads all around . Lots of bad people around waiting to steal everything they can so u can't be in peace even going to work because they rent to everyone who has no ss. I live close to the convention center and there's never parking because we have no personal spots as residents at all . I've being here for around 7 months and I regret it every day I open my eyes .

Although this place has really good apartments, they do need to work on fixing there exteriors asap. There concrete walkways are crumbling and breaking they need to fix them for there residents. As well they need to be more strict with pet owners cause the smell is unbearable at most times, and with children running around at times might not be healthy for them to be around. They also need to have parents be aware of what children do, many throw heavy little rocks and debrees at each other or towards the pool or walkways it might be hazardous to other residents. It might seem like I'm going off or being too informative but all in all its best for the apartments and for there residents. I would rate 5 but they need a bit more work before they can be a 5.
