Have a 2006 bmw e60, want to replace entertainment system because it doesn’t support Bluetooth or auxiliary and new iPhones don’t work on phone system. Does dealerships have a replacement system and how much does it cost?

Seriously doubt it. There might be a an "after market" customization,. In order to support Bluetooth your BMW would most likely have to a complete operating system upgrade. Chances are that the 2006 onboard BMW computer would not be able to handle a new operating system that supports Bluetooth.
