Very irritated...how do they not give courtesy vehicles on Saturday??? That's when most people are coming to get their cars serviced. Also, why would you think it's ok to have someone sitting for hours. I have things to do.

They're definitely slow - even if you have a reservation. If you go, expect a 3 hr wait at minimum

I agree with you or they say, sorry all the çourtesy cars are being used. I call a friend to pick me up because I know my oil change is going to be a 3 hour wait.
