Look here https://www.radarbox.com/@33.16685,-83.87368,z8 and then Google the tail number of the aircraft to find who it's registered to.
Did it look like a "kit copter" or a rather elaborate helicopter. I know that sounds funny but the plain jane " kit copter" is likely Ga Power surveying their lines or the oil company checking theirs.
It was probably holding for traffic.
