The community beautiful. However, I applied last year and was denied, which is fine. I didn’t turn my documents on time…but when I did the application, they also made me pay $300 deposit for the unit that I applied for along with the $300 application fee. Me not being approved should’ve resulted me getting a refund for the $300 for the unit I wasn’t able to get. I called them multiple times last year but never got a response.

I recently moved into the Eva and I couldn’t have better things to say. The move in process went smoothly, and that’s all thank to Robert. He was incredibly helpful leading up to my move in day and was such a blessing! Leanna the property manager has been awesome as well! The staff truly makes you feel right at home when you walk in the door. I’ve had all kinds of experiences at apartments and this by far has been the easiest move in process I’ve been through. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

There is no guest parking. It's all paid parking by using park pass, an app you can download. You absolutely will get booted and could be towed unless you pay for parking. Even residents have designated parking in the parking structure located on the backside of the building. Parking is free only on the front side of the building in the area designated for Future Residents and it's only for loading/unloading and for people visiting to tour the property. Hope that helps! :)

Horrible parking situation. Deceptive and a scam. I parked for 20 minutes in a space that was not numbered and had no sign in front of the space indicating that the space was restricted. I was meeting my elderly parents there. The signage is deceptive. Stay away. My car was booted and I was charged $75.
