My landlord call and told me that I had to pay him 119.00 dollars I don't have a problem of paying it but I haven't received anything for section 8 saying it. What do I do

I was rental month to month, but each month, I would receive an $200, increase, so, I requested to renew my lease, they ignored my request for (4) months, then finally agree, while I was force to pay $325, xtra, can I request that money back

Once you have a contract rental agreement. Your landlord has to submit a request to Section 8 to raise your rent. They make the decision whether or not the amount can be payed.
