Trying to file my annual registration, and yes I waited until the last day; that's on me. But every link I try to use creates an error message "access denied" so I have no access to file electronically. I even tried using multiple browsers to make sure it wasn't a technical issue on my end. Next I try to download the form so I can at least submit it manually and have it postmarked by today. Not an option, I get the same error message. I try to call and get nothing but a recorded message saying they are dealing with extremely high call volumes at which point the call hangs up on me. AMENDED - was finally able to get through and complete my registration. Just took me a couple of hours.

You may go ahead and get the EIN at irs.gov. The GA SOS typically recognises your LLC immediately after you filed, provided the application had no errors. They will provide a certificate within ten business days of filing.
