This is absolutely the worst furniture store we have ever purchased furniture from. While ordering the furniture, they messed up the order so it took nearly 2.5 hours after I decided to purchase it. Then a week later they told me it was back ordered (I suspect it was all along but just lied to me). It then took 4 months to deliver. First delivery was 10/28/ and it came damaged and second delivery was today 11/1 and they sent the wrong furniture. It’s going on month 4 and this company still can’t get a simple order it right. Don’t bother ordering from here, this experience has been awful.

My mother ordered furniture from Ashley and Morris back in February. She was told with supply chain issues her furniture wouldn't be ready until April. Some items were delivered as they were available which was nice. 2 night stands arrived, but it was impossible to open the drawers. She was told someone would look at them w the next delivery. They didn't. She had ordered a new dining room table. It was ready in April. When they came, the delivery guys wanted to leave it at the front door rather than taking it inside, then they refused to assemble it. They also dropped it on the street taking it off the truck. My elderly mother and her neighbors then had to assemble the 6 person dining table, finding several areas damaged from being dropped. It took months for their service company to come out to inspect things. They were able to get the night stands open, and told her they would get a replacement table top for the dining table. This happened in July. For the last 2 weeks, my mom set up delivery. For the past 2 weeks, they have come out but not actually put on the new table top. My mom has memory trouble so it's hard to get full info but she said last week they told her they didn't have tools, and this week they said they didn't have legs. They're supposed to install the table top on the old legs! I'm waiting for a call back from Ashley/Morris to try to figure out what is going on. I absolutely do not recommend. It's impossible to talk to customer service as they redirect to their website. Never again.

Can’t say enough about the FANTASTIC SERVICE we’ve received @ Morris Polaris!! From the moment we were greeted by GM David to the no-pressure, calm-demeanored salesman Ron & finally “Ron with a B” aka Rob - we actually ENJOYED spending a bunch-o-money that day!! Rob has since helped me with our orders & followed up on a few things since, & has helped my son purchase bedroom furniture. GOOD FOLKS!!

My experience with Morris Home Furniture was not good. My salesman, Amir Abdi, was awesome, however, the delivery experience was awful. I paid for "White Glove" delivery (unpacking and assembling) and when delivery men arrived they dropped off the furniture still wrapped. When I asked them about the White Glove service I paid for, they said they were only suppose to drop off!!! I also paid for the furniture protection which was obviously not applied being that the furniture was still wrapped and left for me to unpack. The delivery drivers were unprofessional and I felt like they were casing out my house. The White Glove delivery was 399.00 and the furniture protection was 599.00! It's unfortunate that a bad delivery made me sour about the entire experience because I really do love the furniture I purchased but will not shop here again! I have sent emails and called about my delivery but have not gotten a response?!
