Has anyone had problems with La Z Boy in Georgia with regard to quality of purchase, defective merchandise, service, or getting a replacement or refund?

I bought a lazy boy recliner It makes a horrible loud noise when you close it. I called store I Bought it from. They sent a person out to check it. Said that was normal😳. It will wake up the dead when you recline it back. !!!!! Then wanted to charge me $89.00 for coming out to check it !!!! It was NEW !!!! I refused to pay. Never buy a Lazy Boy product ever again. !!!!’nn

I have a pair of top-of-the-line lazyboys. 25 years now. Still mechanically perfect. Soft leather showing wear.
